1. Definitions

• “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Techno Cro.

• “Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual or entity engaging our services.

• “Services” refer to web development, design, maintenance, and related services provided by Techno Cro.

2. Services

Techno Cro provides web development services, including but not limited to website design, coding, SEO, and maintenance. Specific deliverables and project scope will be outlined in a formal agreement or contract between Techno Cro and the Client.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% upfront deposit is required before any project begins.

• The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and before deployment.

• Additional work beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

• Late payments beyond 7 days will incur a 5% penalty fee.

4. Project Timelines

• Project timelines will be communicated at the start of the project.

• Delays due to Client’s failure to provide required materials (content, images, feedback) will not be the responsibility of Techno Cro.

• Any changes requested after approval may extend the project timeline and result in additional costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The Client must provide accurate and complete project requirements before development begins.

• Content, images, and any required materials must be submitted in a timely manner.

• The Client is responsible for securing necessary copyrights, trademarks, and permissions for any content provided.

6. Revisions and Modifications

• Techno Cro offers up to three (3) rounds of revisions on the initial project scope.

• Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges.

• Once a project is approved and finalized, further modifications will be treated as a new project or additional service.

7. Intellectual Property

• Techno Cro retains ownership of all code and designs until final payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership rights of the final product will be transferred to the Client.

• Techno Cro reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

8. Third-Party Services

• We may use third-party tools, plugins, or software to enhance website functionality.

• Any third-party service costs will be communicated to the Client beforehand and must be covered by the Client.

• Techno Cro is not responsible for any service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

9. Warranties and Liability

• We warrant that all websites are built to the agreed specifications and are free from major defects upon delivery.

• We do not guarantee search engine rankings, website traffic, or specific user engagement metrics.

• Techno Cro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to website performance or downtime.

10. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties.

• Client data will not be shared or sold to any unauthorized parties.

11. Termination Policy

• If the Client terminates the project, any payments made are non-refundable.

• If Techno Cro terminates the agreement, the Client will receive a pro-rated refund based on work completed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

13. Amendments

Techno Cro reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
